I have worked for 5 Months in the Chat Process as a Junior Analyst, The Shifts are Rotational Night Shifts One day your Office time is 9.00pm and the next day your are asked to come at 5.00pm the shifts are very fluctuating and have Bad effects on Health and you are Very Pressurised for TSR’s If you are not able to make one TSR/Day Then you are Pressurised by the your APM to make the TSR If you are unable to do your shift Get Extended and they don’t even pay the Overtime and the Main problem you will not get the Dinner brakes on Time and also you will not get the Full brake of 1 Hour as committed and If you will get somehow late from the Brakes even 2 Minutes then You will be asked to go for the Session with the HR.If you are unable to get the 90% VOC and Resolve you will be Fired and the Career Growth in the Eclerx is very Hard.
